1. Project Confidentiality

All project data—including designs, code, assets, and any other information you create or upload to Omia Studio—remains your exclusive property at all times. We do not access, review, analyze, or use your project details for any purpose other than to provide and maintain our services. Your project data will never be used for training AI models, marketing, analytics, or any internal or external research.

2. Data Usage and Sharing

Omia Studio will never sell, share, rent, or disclose your project information to any third party, except as required by law or with your explicit, informed consent. We do not monetize your data in any way. Your intellectual property and creative work are fully protected and remain under your control.

3. Security Measures

We employ industry-leading security practices and technologies to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All data transmissions are encrypted, and our infrastructure is regularly monitored and updated to ensure the highest level of protection for your projects.

4. Your Rights and Control

You retain full ownership and control over your projects and data. You may export, modify, or permanently delete your content at any time through the Omia Studio platform. We do not retain any copies of your deleted data.

6. Refund Policy

No Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. However, refund requests are subject to case-by-case review.

Consumer Cancellation Rights (14-Day Period): If you are a Consumer and the purchase of service was unintentional or deemed mistaken before the subscription was used, you have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.

Exception: Your right as a Consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire and to Products which you have had the benefit of. If you have already accessed or used the service, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply.

To cancel your order, you must inform us or Paddle, our payments partner, of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please contact us through our support page. Please note that in respect of subscription services, your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

You have the right to inform us by making a clear, unambiguous statement through our available communication channels. If you use our Contact Us form online, we will communicate acknowledgment of receipt of your cancellation request to you without delay.
