By accessing or using Omia Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. SAVR Technologies operates and protects Omia Studio.
Omia Studio provides a platform for creating, developing, and deploying applications. You agree to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Omia Studio offers free and paid subscription plans:
No Refunds: All subscription payments are non-refundable. However, refund requests are subject to case-by-case review.
Consumer Cancellation Rights (14-Day Period): If you are a Consumer and the purchase of service was unintentional or deemed mistaken before the subscription was used, you have the right to cancel this Agreement within 14 days of the initial purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction.
Exception: Your right as a Consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire and to Products which you have had the benefit of. If you have already accessed or used the service, the 14-day cancellation right does not apply.
To cancel your order, you must inform us or Paddle, our payments partner, of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please contact us through our support page. Please note that in respect of subscription services, your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
You have the right to inform us by making a clear, unambiguous statement through our available communication channels. If you use our Contact Us form online, we will communicate acknowledgment of receipt of your cancellation request to you without delay.
You retain all rights to the applications and content you create using Omia Studio. However, you grant us a limited license to:
All Omia Studio software, trademarks, and service marks remain the property of SAVR Technologies.
Our AI Copilot feature generates code and designs based on your input. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and ensuring the quality of all AI-generated content before deployment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Omia Studio enables deployment to various platforms. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of third-party platforms (web hosts, app stores, etc.) when deploying your applications.
Omia Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any content stored on our servers.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
